* In 3 current projects in the areas of marketing, technology development and human capital [each project group with 10 project members, duration 8-9 months] individual project targets were in danger, partly the project as a whole.
TASK
* Safeguard project targets: Customer requirements, deadlines, resource plan.
* Increase the commitment and performance of the project teams sustainably.
* Reduce risks for the subsequent periods.
METHODS

* Selecting targets, concentrate our strengths, shorten ways, to gain time
