SITUATION
* Company with growth, profit and innovation leadership in the global market.
* In  3 current projects in the areas of marketing, technology development and human capital [each project group with 10 project members, duration 8-9 months] individual project targets were in danger, partly the project as a whole.
TASK
* Safeguard project targets: Customer requirements, deadlines, resource plan.
* Increase the commitment and performance of the project teams sustainably.
* Reduce risks for the subsequent periods.

METHODS
* Procedure 'systematic problem solving'.
* Lists in team and conflict management.
* Selecting targets, concentrate our strengths, shorten ways,  to gain time
* Project management techniques.

RESULT
* Meeting deadlines and keeping to the budget, as well as fulfilling the quality expectations of the customers, were honoured by subsequent projects.
* Creating the ability to work for the project, solution of the problem behind the  problem, a big commitment by the project team members.
* Solutions agreed on together to eliminate the cause for schedule, resource and quality problems.
* Increased  performance levels in the project and qualified project management.
