TASK
* Development of appropriate measures for long-term quality control in project management.


METHOD
* Evaluation of the current situation on the basis of document analysis.
* Computer supported collection process based on the criteria of the 'Project Excellence Model'.
* Manual / handbook supported interviews with those responsible for projects, project members, multi-project managers and management considering the EFQM-demands.
* Description of the overall picture [Actual] and the development of recommendations [Theoretical] for the multi-project management in the whole company.
* Development of company specific standards for the project management.
* Changes in the management structures,responsibilities and consequences, as well as the reporting and controlling processes, to safeguard the success of the PJM-Standards.
