The Team Mirror is our instrument to analyse and quickly improve the communication and cooperation processes in any team. The results of the anonymous online-questionnaire enable an intensive and open discussion of inhibiting factors and the derivation of the necessary measures. The instrument supports primarily the problem awareness and solution oriented thinking of the team members, including the managers. Different personality tests give the team members an orientation of the communication and conflict types in the team in order to improve their teamwork.
